Before founding KASH Manpower Consultants, he had a chequered career of 30 years of working in Gulf countries in various multinational companies. Having completed his Bachelor’s degree in History and Sociology and Computer Operations has served for Oil and Gas companies like CCIC, Petrofac International, Worley Parsons, JGC, ILF Engineering and PetroChina International in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Iraq.
He has over fifteen years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and have recruited over 500 personnel in the area of Oil/Gas (onshore / offshore), Construction, Engineering, Power, Infrastructure, Facility Management Industries, Marine, Catering, Health Care, Computers (hardware /software), Administration & Management. His experience and the knowledge despite a dearth of recruiting agencies over the globe, there was still an urgent need for a professionally managed recruiting agency and his sojourn in the Gulf strengthened and resolved to establish his own company, retaining overall control, KASH Manpower Consultants has a team of experienced bright experienced professionals.
